Description:
As a Server/Waiter/Waitress , you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our esteemed guests. You will be responsible for providing impeccable service and ensuring that every guest's visit is memorable and delightful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely fashion.
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the accuracy of orders.
- Upsell additional items when appropriate.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- Qatar or GCC experience is preferred and you MUST be available to start by november 14th.
