The role:

In order to create a positive user experience for visitors to their website, our client is looking for a talented and committed Web Developer.

You’ll be part of a fully distributed remote team that was set up over 10 years ago and has the sole purpose of growing and constantly evolving.

Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of UX strategy and best practices, including research, design thinking, and testing to lead the design of user-centric solutions.
• Passion for designing website user journeys, SEO, conversions, and web design.
• Ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision support and website performance.
• Able to manage their workflow on their own.
• Able to see beyond aesthetics and approach design with rational problem-solving.

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Figma, InVision, Sketch, or XD.
• Familiarity with SEO tools.
• An exceptional portfolio.
• Experience creating banners and landing pages.
• Understanding of design for web and mobile.
• Strong application of typography in all design works.
