🔧 Requirements: ✅ IWE or equivalent certification
✅ 10+ years of experience in welding engineering
✅ Strong familiarity with subsea pipeline and flanges welding
✅ Proven ability to develop WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Records)
