Welding Supervisor

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise welding activities in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer industry.
Work on a range of mechanical equipment such as Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Piping Systems, and Process Valves.
Ensure safety procedures are followed, including permit-to-work systems and lockout procedures.
Supervise and manage welding-related tasks, ensuring the correct execution of designs and measurements.
Ensure compliance with standards such as ASME, API, and AWS.
Monitor and maintain proper documentation for activities performed.
Requirements:
Higher Secondary School Education + 3-year technical diploma (Mechanical Engineering).
At least 10 years of experience in maintenance, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge in Mechanical Equipment and Piping Systems.
Experience with Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Process Flow Diagrams.
Familiar with working in H2S-rich processes.
Strong communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
