Position: Welding Supervisor

Experience Required:
5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Expertise in oil and gas or heavy engineering industries preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of welders and fabricators to ensure optimal performance.
🎯 Quality Assurance:
Ensure welding quality adheres to international codes and standards (ASME, AWS, etc.).
🎯 Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies.
🎯 Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align welding activities with project requirements.
🎯 Equipment and Materials Management:
Oversee the maintenance and calibration of welding equipment.

Skills and Qualifications:
✅ Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MIG, ARC) and materials (CS, SS, alloys).
Familiarity with WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) and PQR (Procedure Qualification Records).
✅ Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-pressure environments.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
✅ Certifications (Preferred):
CSWIP (Certified Welding Inspector) or equivalent.
NDT Level II certifications in VT, PT, MT, or UT.
