Workshop Supervisor

Description:

▪ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.

▪ At least 2 years in a supervisory role in automotive repair and maintenance.

▪ Strong knowledge of the automotive repair & maintenance industry and familiarity with GCC market trends.

▪ Proficiency in Arabic and English.

▪ Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems (preferably Oracle).

Responsibilities

▪ Lead daily workshop operations ensuring efficiency and high service quality.

▪ Supervise and mentor technicians, managing workflow to optimize productivity.

▪ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and legal regulations.

▪ Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and costs.

▪ Address customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
