Description:
The client is a well established boutique sales and charter agency, enjoying consistent seasonal growth in both fleet size and revenue generation. With a supportive management team, the company wants to accelerate its growth plans for 2025 and is seeking a commercial all-rounder to help achieve its goals.
The ideal candidate will have an established track record in retail charter, and a strong industry network. The preferred experienced level is a minimum of 5 years in a comparable charter role.Although the primary focus for the 2025 season will be retail charter, the companies client list also includes clients considering a vessel purchase so there will be opportunities to develop a brokerage sales pipeline; therefore some prior sales experience in luxury or big ticket deals will be advantageous.
Headquartered in Southern Europe, the company has multiple international offices and are offering remote working for the right candidate.
Remuneration is by negotiation, with the company able to provide an independent commission-only arrangement or a fixed salary + commission package DOE.
The target is to have appointed someone by the end of January 2025 to allow for onboarding, so interviews will commence ASAP.
